Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Personalized or intimate products are excluded from returns for hygiene and customization reasons.
How to Start a Return
Before returning an item, contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA number, we may not be able to process your return. Once you have the RA number, package your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documents. Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Refunds and Processing
When we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and determine if it meets our return policy. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please get in touch with customer service. Availability may vary, and you may need to pay for any price difference or additional shipping fees.
